As stores are getting a jump on “spooky season” and putting out all their fall and Halloween decor, Home Goods wins for having the most realistic selection!
Taking things very seriously this year, it appears this Georgia Home Goods decided to skip the cutesy knick-knack bats and had REAL, LIVE ONES on their shelves.
Now, jokes aside, we’re not sure employees at this store were aware of the bat nestled between some mugs, but TikTok user @noluckofficial alleges that they knew after he shared a video from the ER revealing he was scratched by the critter.
Apparently, the bat flew away before animal control could capture it. Frickin’ bats…
