Canadian Woman Flooded With Calls After Phone Number Ends Up on ‘Lost Cat’ Shirt

Imagine your phone starts blowing up with calls about a missing cat, only for your own cat to be sitting in front of you.

Well this British Columbia woman, Natasha Lavoie, has been flooded with calls about a missing cat named Torbo thanks to a trendy T-shirt featuring a fake “Missing Cat” poster that somehow ended up featuring her real phone number on it.

The shirt, sold by Wisdumb NY (emphasis on dumb), has since been pulled from the online store and a representative did say that the use of a real number was purely coincidence and not intentional.

While inconvenient, Lavoie says she is not changing her number as the 604 area code is harder to come by than Torbo.
