A concerning moment when a CBS Evening News cameraman suffered a medical emergency during a live broadcast while in the field in China.  Regular studio anchor Tony Dokoupil is in China covering a State visit and while doing a stand-up, his cameraman keeled over.  Fortunately, he's fine now.
