Remember the great clowning of 2016 where people were going out dressed as clowns for no other reason than to be menacing and traumatize teenagers?

Well, this guy in Upstate New York decided to channel his inner horror movie villain by donning a clown mask and brandishing a chainsaw while strolling down the street.

His attempt at a real-life scare-fest was cut short when an unimpressed neighbor tackled him to the ground.

Police arrived to find not only the chainsaw but also a metal knuckle knife in the man’s possession. He is now facing multiple felony charges for his clowning around, further proving that clowns are inherently terrifying and should be illegal.
