Remember the whole "killer clown" mania that was all over the place back in 2016? Apparently, this wannabe criminal is trying to make that a thing again...only he's not nearly menacing enough and he's targeting plants.

The owner of this Tennessee garden center, JVI Secret Gardens, was in for a freaky sight when his security cameras caught a clown attempting to juggle stolen goods. Owner Derek Johnson was hesitant to actually go confront the kooky criminal so he simply tried communicating through the camera's speaker.

"I think it made a noise," Johnson said. "He acknowledged it, and said, ‘I’m leaving,’ and jetted."

Thankfully, the clown did not get away with the propane tank and saw blade he wanted.
