It’s That Time of Year for Parents to Complain About Classroom Supply Lists, Do You?

There’s that age-old adage “it takes a village” when it comes to caring for and providing for the children people bring into the world. However, a lot of the same people saying that, don’t actually want to help said village.

It’s a point that is illustrated every year when parents take to the internet to complain about the various items on their kids’ “back to school” classroom supply lists.

Times are certainly tough for everyone, but if you have the means to provide supplies for your child and can spare some extra for community use in the classroom, is that so bad?

Look, it’s totally valid to lament how expensive it is and how it’s a cost you hate to see coming every year…but this woman is making a point that is worth considering when you’re complaining about buying some extra classroom Kleenex.
