Crunchy People Invent ‘Going Outside’

In these chaotic times, some people are turning to nature to calm themselves down.  Groups all over the country are being led by individuals in a practice called forest therapy, forest bathing or nature bathing.  I always just referred to the practice of trying calm yourself in nature as ‘going outside’.  However, I have never tried to utilize a small bell or a gong while doing so.
