While Steve told us about his woodpecker problems and the plastic owls he’s employed to help, he’s probably thankful he’s not in this English village that has been dealing with attacks from a dive-bombing hawk.

The hawk has been responsible for an estimated 50 attacks on residents of the village which is why there was a sense of relief when the raptor was captured by a brave villager.

Despite the bird’s reign of terror, there are residents who are still petitioning for the hawk to not be euthanized. We’ll see how it plays out for them.
