It happens all the time where an actor plays a beloved character on an iconic TV show and will get their own lines then repeated back to them by fans. That's all well and good but for Steve Carell, there's one Michael Scott quote that drives him nuts when people see him in public.

We all have our own thoughts on if “that’s what she said” is a good joke or not but according to Carell, it’s not and it’s particularly annoying when people walk up and either say it to him or expect him to say it.

That’s gotta be pretty hard…that’s what she said.
