Dummy Damages Flock Camera Forgetting It’s a Camera

Nobody seems terribly thrilled with the newest crop of surveillance cameras, but if you are motivated to damage one, remember the operative word in surveillance camera is camera. Twenty-year-old Brandon Ribadeneira of Arizona is accused of damaging a speed enforcement camera after being caught driving over the speed limit.  While he is blurred in this video, he obviously was not in the original video.
