Haiti-Bound Spirit Airlines Flight Hit By Gunfire

Spirit Airlines, the proverbial "school bus in the sky", recently had to divert and land in the Dominican Republic after being reportedly hit by gang gunfire.

Passengers, like David Desrouleaux, describe hearing the popping of gunfire as they were making their way to Haiti. Later video shows bullets made it through and hit the overhead storage bins.

Now, no disrespect to the people in Haiti, but taking a Spirit flight to Haiti seems like it would rank among the top of the list of potentially bad decisions one could make.
