Flirting to get out of trouble with the law is nothing new and someone who basically works every day as a professional flirt would have no trouble using her skills to her advantage.

That's what this 22-year-old Hooters waitress was doing when she was pulled over for a DUI in Florida.

In the clip she makes no effort to be "demure" about her flirting and even lifts her sweatshirt to reveal her Hooters tank top while gesturing to her breasts.

It didn't work.
