Horseback Rider Gets Clotheslined by Highway Sign

It's easy to look pretty badass while riding a horse but this guy found a way to make it cartoonishly sad.

As part of the Houston Rodeo, "Pony Express" event tasks individuals with delivering invitations to state officials on horseback.

Police line the highway for the riders' safety, but someone should have padded the signs along the way because this guy gets BRUTALLY clotheslined as his horse gallops very quickly while he's leaning towards a highway marker.

We hope he was able to get his hat back at least.
