A mom in Brisbane accidentally became a hero to frustrated people across the internet by revealing what should have been the most obvious hack ever…the secret to opening that razor-sharp, plastic packaging we usually can only open with scissors or the frickin’ sword in the stone.

You know, that packaging that encases items like scissors that you have to turn to, yes, scissors to open? Yeah, because that’s super convenient, right?

Apparently, you just give them a good old squeezing until it magically splits and opens up enough for you to get the item out.

Her video had people everywhere yelling “WHY DIDN’T WE KNOW THIS EARLIER?!” because apparently humanity has been needlessly sacrificing fingers far too long.
