Sometimes there are people out there who restore your faith in humanity and this time, a Pennsylvania woman named Tami Koznier is one of them.

Koznier and her son were at a Pittsburgh Eat’n Park for lunch when they overheard an 81-year-old waitress tell someone she could not afford to retire yet.

That then prompted Koznier to post on TikTok and start crowdsourcing funds online to help the woman, Betty, retire!

What started out as a $25,000 goal on GoFundMe now sits at over $300K.
