Jack Black Asks Fans to Not Throw Popcorn in Theater During ‘MINECRAFT’ Screening

Jack Black has become the go-to casting choice for any movie based on a video game and the latest release of “Minecraft: The Movie” has seen success but also caused quite the mess for theaters across the country.

Apparently, one scene featuring a “chicken jockey” (you know, a baby zombie riding a chicken…because Minecraft logic) had audiences losing their collective “cubes” and turning theaters into popcorn-launching chaos zones.

Black, in a boss-level move, made a surprise appearance at a screening of the film and very politely, but hilariously, told fans to quit launching popcorn like creepers at a birthday party.
