Jessica Simpson Calls Out Tony Romo Over a Lame ‘Thank You’ Gift

Remember when Jessica Simpson dated Tony Romo? Probably not. However, Romo was able to keep a boat Simpson gifted him after they split in 2009 and it’s recently come back into play!

During her concert in Pittsburgh, Simpson reminded everyone of when she and Romo were an item and how she gifted him a $100,000 speedboat for his birthday.

He held onto the boat, up until recently, when he needed Simpson to sign over some paperwork for him to sell it. She obliged and to thank her, he sent her a gift as a “thank you.” The gift, though? A set of plastic cups.

So who’s more petty here? Romo for sending the lame gift, or Simpson for sharing the story? Should he even have sent a gift at all?
