John Calipari Goes on Glorious Rant About NIL Keeping Older Players in College Basketball

Arkansas Razorbacks basketball coach, John Calipari went full “dad at the PTA meeting” on college hoops as he’s calling out teams for being “old” as many of their players are past the typical ages we used to see on college courts.

Calipari has gone viral for claiming some players are so old they’re waving to their multiple kids in the crowd, and apparently using NIL money to pay “[their] first wife’s alimony” while still dribbling in college gymnasiums.

He laughed (or maybe cried) that it’s wild we’re treating grown-ups like freshmen and asked if maybe we were completely nuts because when you put it that way…
