In what sounds like another goofy tip disguised as “wellness” advice, there actually may be something to starting your day by simply jumping up and down 50 times.

Fans of this new routine say it wakes you up fast, gets your blood and lymph moving, strengthens bones, and jump-starts your muscles before your brain even finds the coffee.

Experts even agree (to an extent). They say there might be some legit benefits, especially for circulation and muscle tone, but it’s not magic. They also note that if your knees fight back, you should probably try to find something else.
