In a move that seems straight out of a cartoon, this man in Montreal was ticketed after the city added a bus stop in front of his house overnight with no warning.

Lino Monteleone parked on the street in front of his home in a spot that has always been just that, a parking spot. That is, until the city turned that spot into a bus stop. They installed the sign and about 10 minutes later, Monteleone was ticketed.
