Muddy Man Flees Police at Colorado’s Indian Hot Springs

Tourists visiting the Indian Hot Springs in Idaho Springs, Colorado turned into a slapstick scene straight out of a comedy when 33-year-old Alec Bogus, yes that’s his real name, emerged fresh from a mud bath and clad only in a black Speedo and decided to lead police on a painful, barefoot chase.

Cops had to race along rocky terrain as the barefoot, barely-clothed Bogus boy bolted from the hot springs after he was approached regarding a felony warrant and credit card fraud charges.

Despite his wonky form and slinking about like a skinwalker, the chase involved drones, tasers, and disbelief as officers finally nabbed him hiding in a shed.

Bogus was arrested, still muddy, still Speedo’d, and booked on an additional slew of charges including resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer.
