Oklahoma Meteorologist Learns Valuable Lesson After Asking Viewers for Their ‘Measurements’
When Oklahoma meteorologist Lacey Swope asked people to send in their “measurements”, she meant snowfall but the internet purposely misread that as an invite to drop all kinds of personal stats instead of snow depths.
Commenters rattled off bust/waist/hip combos like “36-24-36,” shirt sizes, height/weight, and even more PG-13 debates about “man inches or real inches?” and “all the men will say 6″+,” clearly trying to turn a snow report into a roast session.
Lacey quickly clarified she meant snow depth but learned a valuable lesson that you have to be specific when asking the internet for measurements or you can expect a whole bunch of nonsense.
