So as Lane Kiffin was making his controversial exit from Ole Miss, he tried to quietly sneak out of Oxford, but fans were not about to let that happen.

They showed up to the airport, not with farewell flowers, but rather middle fingers, boos and full-fledged insults.

In a press conference upon his arrival at LSU, he described the ride to the airport as one where he claims fans were practically trying to “run [them] off the road” all while his son sat in the car with him seeing his dad go from coaching hero to college football’s public enemy #1.

Despite his messy exit, Kiffin was greeted like a long-lost prince as he landed in Baton Rouge.
