Paris-Bound Passengers Captively Participate in Couple’s In-Flight Gender Reveal

While many gender reveals have gotten pretty out of hand over the years, what better way to keep it lowkey than to do it in front of a captive audience on an international flight at 30,000 feet?

That’s what passengers on Iceland’s PLAY airlines who were just hoping for a peaceful flight to Paris were invited to participate in.

As the couple went the traditional route of cutting into a cake to reveal either pink or blue, they had their fellow passengers try to guess the baby’s sex first by holding up cards in either color that corresponded with their prediction.

Once the couple cut in to reveal the blue frosting, flight attendants then passed out cupcakes that were brought for every person on board.

The couple says doing it with complete strangers was “the best decision of their lives” but how would you feel being one of those complete strangers?
