Pittsburgh Gets a Jump On the Holidays, Already Putting Up Christmas Tree at PPG Place
In case you were frustrated with people last month insisting that September is the start of “spooky season”, you are not going to be happy with whoever is behind the holiday planning in Pittsburgh.
At PPG Place in good ol’ Pittsburgh, they have skipped the PSL and pumpkin patch vibes and gone straight for Whoville as they have already erected the city’s official Christmas tree!
While the tree stands proud, much to the delight of young Pittsburghers, the skating rink portion of the holiday celebrations does not open until Mid-November.
Now we’ve got to ask, when should your city or town start setting up for the holidays?
