Students Get Wet For Graduation

In Williamson County in Tennessee, high school graduation for Centennial and Franklin High Schools were scheduled to take place outside.  A fine idea unless there’s a downpour and the district has no back-up plan.  Lots of seniors want to get wet at prom, but almost no one wants to get wet during graduation.  Family is there!  Anyway, the district went ahead with the soaked graduation and a lot of people are pretty mad about it.
