Super Annoying, High-Pitched Sound Delays Rays-Red Sox Game

Yesterday afternoon at the Rays and Red Sox game, high pitches were not only coming from the mound but were BLASTING through the sound system.

The Rays have been playing at their temporary home field in Orlando while their usual one in Tampa gets sorted out, which means having to figure out how things work at a new field…including the sound engineering.

As one of the worst sounds you can hear through a sound system, that crazy, high-pitch squeal we’ve all briefly heard at concerts and live events. However, this was anything but brief.
