A few months after Taylor Swift shut down speculation over when the re-record of her “Reputation” album would be coming by finally purchasing and owning all her masters, Swifties turned their attention to figuring out when a totally NEW album would be coming.

Fans everywhere were analyzing every post, every number in every caption, every color and more to try narrowing down when the announcement would come and yesterday, their work paid off!

Taylor Swift announced her 12th album, or “TS12” as fans call it, on Travis and Jason Kelce‘s podcast “New Heights.”

They released the clip just hours after a countdown clock ended on her website, making the announcement of “Life of a Show Girl” at 12:12 on the 12th…in true Swift fashion.
