With every “cycle” the drama ramped up, the photo shoots and challenges got more wild and the makeovers came with more and more tears.

Now, the brains behind the show like Tyra Banks, Jay Manuel, Nigel Barker and more are breaking down just what they were thinking in those moments and admitting where they messed up while former contestants share their experiences. The three-part docu-series drops on Netflix on February 16th.
