Why Does This Clip of Rachael Ray Have Fans Concerned?

We all know how much people like to nitpick their favorite personalities either on TV, social media and beyond, but there's something about this clip of Rachael Ray that apparently has folks concerned.

As Ray is telling a story of a time Tony Bennett came to her house for dinner, fans are commenting thinking she's either buzzed on wine, possibly having a stroke, or otherwise behaving in a way that is raising red flags.

We're not sure we hear anything, other than she's a slow storyteller, but what do you think?
