Not to toot our own horns, but we do it all the time! Turning bad things that happen to you into jokes, while some people choose to turn them into songs, paintings, or you make like this young woman and use it in a theatre competition by reading it verbatim.

This woman’s ex boyfriend broke up with her in a long email that referenced his religion and was riddled with strange metaphors. She decided to take an awful message to receive and use it to her advantage by doing a dramatic reading of it at a state theatre competition.

We’re not sure how she placed but we know she felt on top of the world after that!
