Hi Idiots.

Many things can lead us to get caught up in our day-to-day lives, especially those of us with children. Sometimes it can get tiring when it seems like you're stuck in a routine, or an extended period of ups and downs where things begin to drag. It's times like these when the littlest of things can bring the most joy.

Maybe it's someone who pays for your food at the drive-through, or someone gets the door for you when you need it. It's those little unexpected moments that can have a huge impact. That's why, throughout this month, we'll be hearing from each show member and learning about the little things that bring them the most happiness.

We've heard from Free Beer about the thing that makes his day, what makes Hot Wings' tummy happy, and how Maitlynn enjoys being a regular and being complimented. Now we'll hear from Steve as he shares why his morning phone call means so much to him.

7 Minutes To Call

A majority of our commercial breaks for the morning show are seven minutes long, which is just long enough for us to go to the bathroom, get something to drink, or make a phone call. For Steve, he likes to take one of those breaks to see what his kiddos are doing while he's gone:

Something small that brightens my day is FaceTiming with Evelyn and Nicky each morning during a commercial break on the show. It’s fun to see what those little goobers are up to while I’m being responsible and working and stuff.
